Will this look like a cheap AI talking-head video?

That is what our production process is designed to avoid.

We use deliberate scripting, suitable pacing, presenter direction, varied scenes, supporting visuals, captions, clean edits and quality control.

The presenter is still AI-generated, and we state that openly. The goal is not to deceive the learner. The goal is to produce clear, credible training without filming a person.

Why pay TruePresenter instead of using a low-cost AI video tool ourselves?

You may not need TruePresenter for every video.

When you already have a final script, someone has time to learn the software and the video only needs a simple presenter, a self-service tool may be enough.

TruePresenter is for teams that need someone to take responsibility for the content structure, script, presenter, scenes, visuals, captions, revisions, language versions and final delivery.

You are paying for the completed production and the judgement behind it, not access to the generation software.

Question 3

Can you work from a PowerPoint, PDF, SOP or policy document?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

We first identify the audience and purpose of the module, then recommend which parts of the source material belong in it.

We do not automatically narrate every slide or page.

Large or mixed-topic source material may need to be divided into several focused modules.

Question 4

Can you condense a very large presentation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but the final scope depends on its size and complexity.

A 100-slide presentation may contain one clear topic, or it may contain several separate training modules.

We review the material, identify the main objective and recommend what should be retained, removed or separated before confirming the quote.

Question 5

Does the price include scriptwriting?

Accepted Answer

The Script-Ready Module assumes you supply a final approved spoken script. It includes light polishing only.

The Content-to-Video and Custom Presenter Modules include content condensation and full scriptwriting for one focused topic within the agreed source-material scope.

Question 6

Does the price include B-roll and animation?

Accepted Answer

The Content-to-Video Module includes up to six supporting visual sequences.

The Custom Presenter Module includes up to ten.

These may use supplied media, generated B-roll, screen content, diagrams or simple motion graphics.

Complex technical animation, extensive data visualisation and additional sequences are quoted separately.

Question 7

Are client-supplied images and videos charged separately?

Accepted Answer

Reasonable placement of suitable client-supplied images, screenshots and video is included.

Advanced cleanup, masking, compositing, restoration or animation may require an additional quote.

We may recommend replacing material that is too low-resolution, incorrectly licensed or unsuitable for the final format.

Question 8

Are translations included in the base price?

The base package includes one language.

Additional language versions are priced separately and include voice production, language-matched lip movement, captions, timing and final export.

We can work from your approved translation or include fluent-language review in the quote.

Question 9

Which languages can you produce?

Accepted Answer

TruePresenter currently supports English, isiZulu, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Setswana and isiXhosa.

Other languages may be available by request.

For regulated, legal, safety, medical or financial content, the final wording must be approved by an authorised human reviewer.

Question 10

What do you need from us to begin?

Accepted Answer

We need to know the audience, the purpose of the module and what source material is available.

You may send a finished script, presentation, policy, SOP, PDF, facilitator notes or rough outline.

An authorised subject-matter expert should also be available to approve the factual content.

Question 11

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the source volume, number of languages, visual complexity and how quickly the script and revisions are approved.

The project schedule is confirmed in writing after the material has been reviewed.

Question 12

What happens when our content changes?

Accepted Answer

We can update the affected script, presenter delivery, visuals and captions without filming the presenter again.

Minor and larger section updates are priced according to the amount of the module that needs to change.

Question 13

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Two production revision rounds are included.

The script is approved before full production begins.

Changes to already-approved content or requests for a different creative direction may require an additional creative revision fee.

Corrections of TruePresenter production mistakes are not counted as creative revisions.

Question 14

Do we own the videos?

Accepted Answer

You receive the agreed commercial usage rights to the finished video files and may continue using them without an ongoing TruePresenter subscription.

Ownership of third-party software, licensed assets and underlying generation models remains with their respective providers.

The project agreement will describe the deliverables and usage rights clearly.

Question 15

What happens to a custom presenter created for our organisation?

Accepted Answer

A presenter commissioned for your organisation will not be reused by TruePresenter for an unrelated client.

The presenter can be used within our production workflow for future approved projects.

You receive the agreed commercial rights to the finished videos rather than ownership of the underlying generation software.

Question 16

Can you create a presenter or voice based on one of our employees?

Accepted Answer

Only with that person's clear written consent and an approved consent process.

We will not create or clone the likeness or voice of an employee, public figure or third party without proper permission.

Question 17

Can you work with confidential material?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to an agreed confidentiality process.

An NDA can be signed before sensitive material is shared.

Clients should only provide information required for the project and remove unnecessary personal, confidential or restricted data where possible.

Question 18

Is the content automatically compliant because TruePresenter produced it?

Accepted Answer

No.

TruePresenter is a production service, not a legal, medical, safety or regulatory authority.

Your authorised expert remains responsible for approving factual accuracy, procedures, regulated wording and translations before publication.

Question 19

What files do you deliver for our LMS?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery includes a 1080p MP4 video and a separate SRT caption file.

These can be uploaded to LMS platforms that support standard video files.

SCORM packaging, interactive assessments and completion tracking are not included unless they are specifically agreed and listed in the project scope.

Can you support corporate procurement and vendor onboarding?

Required company and vendor documentation can be supplied during the procurement process.

Can the videos be used in our LMS? Do you provide SCORM?

Accepted Answer

Every module is delivered as a 1080p MP4 with a separate SRT caption file, which works in any major LMS and on shared drives, intranets and phones. If your platform requires a SCORM package, mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm the options for your platform.

How do you handle confidential documents?

Accepted Answer

Your material is treated as confidential. We handle client documents in line with POPIA, use them only to produce your project, and never use them to train public AI tools. An NDA is available on request.
