SOP to training video

Turn an SOP into a training video people follow.

An SOP is usually written for record keeping and audits, not for the person doing the task.

We structure the procedure, write the spoken script and produce a clear presenter-led module with practical visuals.

Why SOPs struggle on their own

The procedure is written down, but it is not yet a training video.

Written for the file, not the floor

The document proves the procedure exists. It rarely explains the sequence in the way a new employee needs to hear it.

Steps without the why

When workers do not understand the purpose of a step, it is the first step to be skipped under pressure.

Hazards buried in paragraphs

Critical warnings sit in dense text where they are easy to sign past and hard to remember.

The wording was written to be read

Formal procedural language rarely sounds natural or clear when spoken aloud.

One document, many audiences

The same SOP may need to reach operators, contractors and supervisors, in more than one language.

How it works

From procedure document to module.

  1. Step 01

    We review the procedure

We assess the task, audience, hazards and the length and structure of the source document.

  2. Step 02

    We define the module

We identify what the worker must understand before the task begins, and recommend whether the SOP becomes one module or a short series.

  3. Step 03

    We write and plan it

We create the spoken script and decide where presenter scenes, supplied site footage, diagrams or generated B-roll will make the steps clearer.

  4. Step 04

    We produce the video

We create the presenter delivery, edit the module, add captions and deliver the final MP4 and SRT file.

What you receive

A procedure people can follow.

  • A clearly defined procedure objective
  • Steps in a practical, spoken sequence
  • Hazards and controls explained, not just listed
  • Presenter-led scenes with practical visuals
  • Captions and LMS-ready video files
  • Language versions for the affected workforce

What we do not do

  • We do not change the technical meaning of a procedure without client approval.
  • We do not narrate the document word for word.
  • Your authorised safety or technical expert approves the procedure and wording before release.
Common questions

Common questions

Pricing depends on the procedure itself.

Most SOP projects begin with the Content-to-Video package.

Send us the SOP.

We will review the procedure, recommend whether it should become one module or several, and confirm the likely scope and price.

Your material is treated as confidential. We handle client documents in line with POPIA, use them only to produce your project, and never use them to train public AI tools. An NDA is available on request.
